According to sources, Apeks has reached a verbal agreement with Mehmet Batu “batujnax” Özaslan to sign him to its roster. Batujnax, who previously stood in for Apeks during the Red Bull Home Ground 5 EMEA LCQ, officially joins the team as a replacement for Dom “soulcas” Sulcas, who departed for KOI.

The Turkish player brings versatility, having established himself as a key player during his time with S2G. His addition is part of Apeks’ efforts to rebuild following their Ascension victory. Despite their success, the team lost two crucial players, Kajetan “kaajak” Haremski to FNATIC and Dom “soulcas” Sulcas to KOI.

To fill these gaps, Apeks signed Ava “florescent” Eugene, two-time Game Changers champion, to replace Kajetan “kaajak” Haremski. Additionally, they strengthened their coaching staff by signing Chad “oderus” Miller as a Strategic Coach. Chad “oderus” Miller formerly a player and coach for Moist x Shopify, brings valuable insight to the team as they gear up for EMEA competition.

Apeks’ revamped lineup aims to build on their Ascension success and prove themselves as a formidable force in the VCT EMEA.

With these changes and signing of batujnax, Apeks’ roster is now:

  • 🇩🇰 Auni “AvovA” Chahade

  • 🇵🇱 Michał “MOLSI” Łącki

  • 🇱🇹 Tautvydas “hype” Paldavicius

  • 🇨🇦 Ava “florescent” Eugene

  • 🇹🇷 Mehmet Batu “batujnax” Özaslan

  • 🇧🇬 Danail “DANNYTO” Sofroniev (Head Coach)

  • 🇺🇸 Chad “oderus” Miller (Strategic Coach)
