N1zzy: A Proven Talent in Vietnam’s Valorant Scene

Team Secret Academy has officially announced the signing of Nguyễn “N1zzy” Tấn Thành, marking his return to competitive Valorant after a two-year hiatus.

N1zzy has long been recognized for his independent playstyle and extensive competitive experience. He first made waves in 2021 with EGO, showcasing his raw talent to the broader community.

In 2022, he joined UBT Esports to compete in VCT Vietnam Challengers: Stage 1 & 2. While UBT dominated many of their opponents, they struggled against Vietnam’s top teams like CERBERUS Esports and Fancy United, ultimately peaking in the semifinals.

Breakout Success with Fancy United

• OFF//SEASON 2022 – N1zzy cemented himself as a star player for Fancy United, delivering standout performances.

• VCL Vietnam: Split 1 & 2 – Fancy United was nearly unstoppable, suffering only a single defeat to Tìm Tài Trợ (3T) in Split 2.

• VCT Ascension Pacific 2024 – Fancy secured Vietnam’s sole ticket to Ascension and was placed in Group Alpha alongside NAOS Esports, BOOM Esports, Xerxia, and ONE Team.

• Playoff Qualification – Despite a shaky group stage, Fancy narrowly advanced after XERXIA failed to defeat BOOM Esports in the final rounds.

• Top 5-6 Finish – Their journey ended in the quarterfinals after a hard-fought loss to SCARZ.

A Long-Awaited Comeback

Following Ascension 2024, N1zzy took a two-year break to pursue his studies in North America. Now, his return to competitive Valorant is expected to bring a fresh dynamic to Team Secret Academy’s playstyle and tactics.
