Format and Group Draw

Following the conclusion of the VCT CN Kickoff event, the 12 participating teams have been divided into two groups, Group Alpha and Group Omega, based on their Kickoff performances.

The Regular Season will feature a single round-robin format within each group. The top four teams from each group will advance to the Mid-Season Playoffs, which follow a double-elimination bracket. The top two teams will secure a bye to the second round, while the bottom two will start in the lower bracket with a 0-1 record. At the end of the playoffs, the top three teams will qualify for VCT Masters Toronto, the second international event of the season, scheduled for June in Canada.

EDward Gaming enters Stage 1 as the team to beat after securing the Kickoff title and finishing third at VCT Masters Bangkok. However, Trace Esports has emerged as a serious challenger capable of disrupting EDG’s dominance in the Chinese VALORANT scene.
